Shiflett Construction Services began in 1977 as a sub-contracting company under its
present owner-operator Rolfe Shiflett. By 1979, it had incorporated renovations and
additions into its professional repertoire, supplementing our in-house carpentry
services with a highly skilled team of sub-contractors, architects, and landscapers.
In 1980, we completed our first custom built home as Shiflett Construction
Services, Incorporated. By combining our company centralized designs with
architectural advisers, we are able to ensure a product comprised of classic,
comfortable elements to best fit your modern lifestyle. With a full-time staff of five
to ten employees comprising its core, S.C.S. is well equipped to provide efficient, yet
personable, work in a timely manner.
For thirty-two years, our goal of applying quality craftsmanship to contemporary
homes remains unchanged. Each consignment is built to your specifications with the
intense commitment our customers have come to expect. The result is a artisan
crafted home you will want to live in for the rest of your life.
